My dermatologist diagnosed my skin condition.. but I can't remember the name. Help?

She said I have %26quot;illium%26quot; or something like that. Maybe %26quot;emillien%26quot;? She said it is caused by too much sun and can be found on someone%26#039;s arms, chest, and very rarely, face [which is where mine is]. It is bumpy and red and dry and it itches very badly. She prescribed me some topical steroids for it. Can anyone please tell me the name of my condition so I can do internet research on it?
