Do dermatologist really help?

im starting to get a real bad complexion,i think its cause the makeup i used and ya. last year my face was real nice and not oily but that time i didnt noe much of makeup and i always never took off my makeup with makeupremover and just slept.but then overtyime i did research and yah now i noe better.but now my face is oily and i get many pimples and i have many red pimple marks that dont go away. does going to a dermatologist really help? i noe they give medicine that dont sell in drugstores but do they give it to you or do you gotta find it at some place?|||most definetly!! and the besssst thing about them is that if the cream they first prescribe doesnt work, theyll find out whats wrong and help you! theyre the greatest types of doctors!!|||yes dermatologist really do help and the don%26#039;t just give you creams if its bad enough the can give you antibiotics that will help you from the inside out. that%26#039;s what my doc did for me :)
