Seeing a dermatologist?

ok so my friend has these red dots type of thing on her stomach and by her boops.. she said they itch whenever its really hot... she%26#039;s been having this for like 3 months already and theyre spreading to other parts of her body. i told her she needs to go see a dermatologist ASAP. but my quest is if she%26#039;ll have any problems cuz she doesnt have a primary doctor.. i mean she never ever goes to the doctor and she wants to go see a dermatologist cuz she%26#039;s a bit scared. but she doesnt know if she%26#039;ll need a referral from a primary doctor to see a dermatologist or if she%26#039;ll get treated. does anyone know?? what should she do?|||I havent been to my doctors office in like 6 years,and when i needed to go to the dermatologist,all i had to do is call them ans make a appt. So ur friend should not need a referral. Good luck %26lt;3|||just look in the phonebook and call the dermatologist and make an appointment. they should treat her...i go once a year on my own and never once had a referral. they had me fill out some paperwork, and where there was a space to write what doctor referred you, i just left it blank and never had any problems.|||She should contact the dermatologist she wants to visit and ask that question to them. I%26#039;m sure if you need a referral they can make arrangements for you to see one of their supporting doctors.
