is it really 12+ years of schooling? is it all necessary? is it grueling? i want to be one because i myself have so many problems and questoins about skin and hair and nails and sweat glands..
i guess i%26#039;m just asking on any advice or anything you know about dermatology.
and what classes should i take/ (in high school)
im already taking anatomy and chemistry and i took biology last year. |||A dermatologist is a medical doctor. So after high school, there%26#039;s 8 years of college and medical school and after that there%26#039;s a multi-year medical residency. Take all the math and science classes you can and make sure your grades are really high. Also, save up. You are looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of tuition.
