I need a dermatologist help?

I have dandruff and I%26#039;m trying to get rid of it. I tried so many creams and shampoos but nothing the latest thing I%26#039;ve tried is something called Selenium Sulfide Solution USP and it worked at first but now its worse. I shaved my head today and I see some nasty red spots under the white parts and after I washed my head with head and shoulder it burned. I really need help with this not only is this embarrassing but I%26#039;m tired of wasting money on treatment that doesn%26#039;t wok can a real dermatologist help me please|||It sounds like scalp psoriasis.
