Dermatologist: Laser on face to have spots removed?

I%26#039;m visiting my dermatologist for the first time in a few days. I am going because I have small raised brown spots I would like removed (about 5-10 small ones near my eyes and cheeks). I think I might have what they call Dermatosis papulosis nigra, but they are very small. I read these can be removed with laser. My questions:


1. Do dermatologists usually remove it the same day as your appointment?


2. After laser treatments on the same day, does your skin turn red? I have a party to go to later that night and don%26#039;t want my face to look red.





Any advice would help- I%26#039;d like to know in case I have to reschedule my appointment. Thanks!|||smashed garbanzos.. set em on ur spots for 20min every other day will get rid of em........
