Dermatologist or home remedies for Eczema?

i have always had eczema since i was a child, im 19 now and sometimes the eczema gets really bad....i was wondering what works best a dermatologist or home remedies? what home remedies could you suggest?...i have heard of this dermatologist place called The Dermatology Centre which is based in UK London, does antone know if its any good? or can you tell me of any other dermatology centre%26#039;s(in London)?


also, if you have ever had eczema, did it ever clear up completely?
