I%26#039;m 29 %26amp; fair skinned. I%26#039;ve always looked younger than my age, but my face is now starting to catch up to me. I need some good facial products. My T-zone is a little greasy, %26amp; the rest of my face can get dry. I%26#039;m getting wrinkles around my eyes, between my eyes, %26amp; am getting laugh lines. My face just doesn%26#039;t look as vibrant. I do not have an acne problem. But I do get little blackheads. I would say that my skin can be sensitive. I am tanning (a big no-no, I know) %26amp; giving my baby breast milk, so I need something that is safe for that. What are some good products to use.|||There are a lot of factors that take a toll on the skin. First off, kudos to you for loving your baby enough to give him/her your very own milk! That%26#039;s very good for the both of you.
Tanning TOO much can cause the wrinkles and premature skin aging. It comes from the UVA rays. Tanning actually causes your skin/body to produce Vitamin D, which may help ward off cancer and other diseases. It%26#039;s bad for you if you burn yourself all the time! Everything can be good in moderation...too much of anything is bad.
At your age, your skin is maturing more and more. You can%26#039;t do the same things you did to your skin that you did when you were a teen. Whenever teens get the whitehead and the bumps, they grab the first scrub they can find and more or less sand it all away, which can be very damaging to skin. Your skin is resilient and somewhat forgiving, but you must take care of it properly now.
For your age and combination skin type, I recommend something that contains a good amount of moisturizer. Moist and hydrated skin appears to have less wrinkles because it is plump from the moisture. A good cleanser that will keep your skin clear even if you don%26#039;t have a problem and will help with the blackheads is Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser. I personally use it and I love the results. It smells wonderful, it%26#039;s soothing and cooling, and you only need a little bit and you get a great lather. Be sure to use a good lotion after washing your face. I recommend Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer Gel. Awesome stuff! I hope these things work out for you...also, sleeping on your side will cause more wrinkling on one side of your face. I can always tell. Sleeping on your back helps to evenly stretch the skin a bit both ways and creates a wrinkle-free appearance the next day and when done frequently. Best of luck to you.
EDIT: Another thing, avoid any products that say they contain collagen and will help with collagen production. Those are gimmicks. A collagen molecule is literally too large to permeate a human pore. Trying to put collagen through the skin would be like trying to shove a beach ball into a drinking straw. It does not work! Save your money!|||you need some skin rejuvination .
