Thinking of going to Dermatologist to remove moles....Please help





Ok so i have a few questions about removing 5 moles from my face.





First of all is it normal for a GUY to go to dermatologist to remove moles?





Also how will the moles be removed? Will it hurt? Will it leave a scar?





How much does it cost in Canada to remove 1 mole?





How much time it takes to remove a mole and how much time for recovery?





Please help me guys.

It%26#039;s perfectly normal for a guy to go to a dermatologist to remove moles, they aren%26#039;t a unisex profession! They treat men and women and are experts in each field. I have had several moles removed, first it doesn%26#039;t hurt a bit. You are given a local anesthetic at the site of the mole and then it is just sort of scraped off with a scalpel. Then it may need a little stitch or not. It may leave a tiny little scar but it shouldn%26#039;t be that noticeable. The surgery is really quick, like maybe 5-10 mins per mole and the only recovery is the little incision healing, so like about a week.
