Should i go to a dermatologist?

i have really bad skin problems


i have bumpy arms


%26amp; i went to the doctor and they just said lotion


which doesn%26#039;t help ( i have been trying that for 2 years)


the longer i wait the worse its getting


now its on my lower arms.





i also have these white spots all over my back


their like patches everyone. (its not just dots, their are really big ones)


%26amp; so i went to the doctor and they gave me this %26quot;body wash thing%26quot; i dont know what its called and i have to leave it their for 5 minutes. ( really hard) in the shower.





it just keeps getting worse.





should i go to a dermatologist?


i have no idea how to get one.. where to go ... how much does it cost...





my friend had the same back promblem but on her chest (its fungus, from the pool) and she went to a dermatologist and she got 6 days pills and it went away
