Wart on eyelid. Advice for dermatologist in Toronto or any other remedies?

I have a wart on my lower eyelid.


I went to the dermatologist already and he said it is called a filiform wart. He suggested to cut it off, but I heard that there were ways to remove them by freezing, burning, or laser. He also told me that there will be a scar.
