if you are could you please answer my following questions? sorry, i know it%26#039;s a bit long.
my face is always red. always. not as in the color red, but there is like tiny red bumps that go from the top of the bridge of nose and it slants downwards to my cheeks. my pores in that area are pretty big too. i%26#039;ve noticed in the past few days that when the weather is cold it%26#039;s not as red, or it might be because i got more sleep those days that i normally do (which is like 3-5 hours), it becomes lighter. but if i get active like with exercise, it looks like i%26#039;m sunburned. it happens too if my face is in the sun too long.
i%26#039;ve asked my family doctor about it to see if it was rosecea, but he said it was unlikely and just prescribed me acne cream. i took a blood test too. it%26#039;s been seven months now, and the acne on my face has cleared up great! however, the tiny red bumps remain. :( i%26#039;m pretty sure it%26#039;s not acne because i can actually see clear skin between my nose and the line of small red bumps that come from the top of the bridge of my nose to my cheeks. i%26#039;ve stopped applying the cream to those areas because after a while they started to flare up the redness even more.
what is wrong with my skin?? is there anything i can do to make it go away or cover it up (healthy makeup)? i%26#039;m only fifteen too.|||Sorry, I%26#039;m not a derm, but this isn%26#039;t a clinic. I%26#039;m pre-medicine and I have studied enough about the dermis and epidermis to know that your situation is likely one of three things. Think if you have changed your soap, detergent, etc lately as it may be an allergic reaction. Take an antihistamine if you safely can, and see if it goes away. It could be eczema, in which case you should see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. It is most likely just acne, which sucks... But you are only fifteen, so it%26#039;s normal. Better than eczema, which can be a much more permanent ordeal. There are different kinds of acne, and you may have had more than one type. The one type may have responded well and gone away, while this red, bumpy type did not respond to the treatment. The only thing I can really recommend is keeping your hands away from the area to avoid exposing yourself to environmental factors that may aggravate or even be causing the situation. I would definitely see a dermatologist.|||i have alot of skin problems too
and i have 2 red spots on my face....which i was told are popped blood vessels, and you can sort of feel them , so maybe taht could be it? ask the doctor...otherwise im not sure.....goodluck though :P
